Role Overview:

As an entry-level Software Developer, you will be part of our dynamic engineering team, working on the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software products. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or junior developers looking to start their careers in a fast-paced, product-centric environment that values clean code, sound architecture, and end-to-end ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design, development, test, and deploy software products.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices in object-oriented or functional programming.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA Engineers, and UI/UX teams to implement high-impact features.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and Agile ceremonies.

• Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools and development methodologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience in software development (academic projects and internships are great!).

• Strong programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOPS, Software Design Principles).

• Hands-on experience in one or more programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).

• Familiarity with Git or equal version control systems.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a collaborative environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to front-end frameworks (e.g., REACT, VUE, ANGULAR) or backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Express).

• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON and HTTP Protocol.

• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.,).

• Contributions to personal, academic or open-source projects.
